No. FitMetrix is a web-based application that runs on any modern browser. If you use pressure-mapping or motion-capture hardware, FitMetrix can integrate with supported devices, but they are not required.
How long is the free trial?
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. FitMetrix uses industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We perform regular security audits and never share your data with third parties.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
